Function

To exercise control over the construction, maintenance and repair of the buildings, roads, and similar estimates of the University.
To organize services relating to water supply, electricity and communications.
To supervise the installation and maintenance of such machinery as may be assigned to his control by the Vice-Chancellor.
To get designs, plans and estimates as prepared for such projects for construction and/or alteration of University buildings and grounds as may be ordered by the Vice-Chancellor.
To maintain records of allotment of buildings of the University for various purposes.
